Description
For several years, the rotary near the intersection of Broadway and Howe St. has had the top stone fallen down and, amazingly, for a very visible location, it hasn't been fixed. It looks like hell and the effort to make it right would be well worth it. What do you think, Mayor Destefano?

In an effort to get anyone to do anything in this town we need to post multiple complaints LCI -please this is public works issue.
It may just be that the bad design of the road causes so many accidents that once its repaired it is just hit again.
