As a neighbor, I have been witness to the private plow from this business (Winfield Brooks Company) placing snow on the sidewalks and street. Late Monday night, they plowed their private lot, and as I watched out my window, the plow pushed a great mound of snow out from their lot and directly up against 51 Conn's fence and sidewalk. The mound was so clumped, we were unable to push through with a snow blower or shovel. The plow was back again on Tuesday when they widened their entry way, pushing more snow on 51 Conn's property and also onto the street, narrowing the road in front of 57 Conn. This morning on Wednesday, I witnessed the plow once again push more snow from their lot and onto the street. The plow parked in their lot and the man went inside- it seems he is a worker at the business. This needs to be taken care of immediately as residents in this area already have limited space to park (DPW did not widen the street nearly enough for two way traffic and residential street parking - now it is one or the other). This has made a dangerous situation for traffic, residents parking, and pedestrians who now have no sidewalk to walk on.
