Contractor reconstructed the homes at these location, sand and excavated materials are dumped on the sidewalk blocking the sidewalk and some excavations made on concrete sidewalk for utility connection are restored very poorly. Refer to SIOU to investigate and contact the contractor for standard repair. Also see SR:1443470
