Description

No warning given and all cars were towed on the right hand side of the road in 12:07 am. Most people are in bed. Completely underhanded move by the Department of Transportation, Traffic and Parking. This is not a snow route and had already been plowed. The street is actually worse after the plowing that happened in the middle of the night.
