Where the sidewalk ends... Not in a good way.

You can just how for this mess is reaching into the street.

I believe this is the owners' responsibility. Per Vision Appraisal, owners are Luis Torres & Victoria Rivera. They purchased the property in October, 2002 for $130,000. Why not try speaking with them...perhaps even offering to help cutting down the excessive brush.

I am going out today or tomorrow to take a look at this property (Thursday or Friday) and will at that time see what resolution could possibly happen. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

An on site visit was done. Clearly no leaves have been raked at one part of the owner's yard. There is no law forcing anyone to rake and bag leaves (cannot enforce). However, what can be enforced in the spring time is any encroachment of shrubbery onto the street (public space). Winter time is not telling for this type of violation. This problem should be called into LCI after winter passes. A public space inspector at that time will take a look and cite the owner if need be to cut back all shrubbery.

We talked to owner and he plans to rake the leaves

The owner has cut down tress and is cleaning......we will keep an eye on this

There is a dumpster on site full of bushes, tress, and leaves.
