Why are we wasting our time & breath sending this to DPW? it is a problem for the Police (drugs, stolen bikes, trespassing, etc) and for the Mayor's office to act on. DPW can only come in and clean up the mess left behind. In San Rafael the city shut down Boyd Park due to the homeless and drug additcts ruining it

San Rafael will most likely get sued by the bottom feeding attorneys that do not have these vagrants living in there front yard. At some point maybe DPW will get tired cleaning up the never ending waste stream they leave behind. The point of SCF is there documentation the problem is still there. I can always go back to my SCF content list to see what has not been done.
