A man has set up a makeshift structure on Athens Avenue at Market Street. He has been setting fires inside this structure and nearly set his own structure on fire once. This is a real hazard for the nearby houses and for the neighborhood. Please help this man to find secure housing and eliminate this immediate fire hazard for the neighboring houses ASAP!
