Right of Way violation notices for litter and tall grass were issued to all property owners not in compliance. They have until mid-February to come back into compliance. Closed.

The auto parts (bumpers, plastic pieces etc) are still lying on the southeast corner of Louisburg Road and Valley Stream Drive . . . no improvement. As far as litter and unkept grass, most of it is on the right of away for the power company's overhead lines. It's very embarrassing to have visitors use this stretch of Valley Stream as it looks like a slum!

Are the auto parts on the side of the roadway or in the grass right of way, from your comment it sounds like they are in the right of way?
