There are two sign panels, this one and one just west of Roanoke, that are completely blocking the sidewalk.

The City added "sidewalk closed" signs at these sign panels with no advanced warning signs at crossings. Clearly the City has no concern for its disabled residents who actually use its sidewalks and is merely paying lip service to SeeClickFix posts.
