Description

I have noticed that the traffic light on the corner of Wall and Church gives almost equal time to Wall street (which is a small one-way street) and Church (which is a much larger street). This results in unnecessary delays for church street drivers, since it is very rare that multiple cars need to come from wall street. I would recommend that this light be removed completely, but at the very least, should give more time to the Church Street direction.
