Description

This sidewalk has been ripped apart like this for at least 2 years What is going on? It is a tripping hazard, fills up with toxic smelly water that just swelters and college kids leaving the bars late night throw the cones in the street, put them on parked cars, or block private driveways with them, etc Please repair
