Description
A flashing yellow arrow for left turns from Holland onto Hackett is needed at this intersection. Especially at rush hour, traffic backs up in the left lane while there is a red arrow to turn left and there is a green light to go straight and often no oncoming traffic on Holland. Putting a flashing yellow arrow here would allow traffic to keep flowing and prevent it from backing up all the way to Delaware Ave.
