Description
Large golden lab, no collar, lives at 184 or 180 Maple street is let out of the house multiple times a day without supervision. Goes to bathroom all over neighborhood and in neighbors yards. Owners do not clean up after the dog. Also since dog has no collar it may not have shots. This has been going on for a couple of years. Today was out alone as usual defecating on sidewalks.

Dog down the street. I was told here that he was issued a warning but obviously nothing has changed.
