I, too, have reported a vehicle illegally parked (not this one) and then had the response be, "Vehicle was gone". This wasn't true as I had photographic evidence that the vehicle was still there. I send an email to the Director and let them know that the person who checked hadn't done a good job. I got a nice response back indicating that in fact the person who was supposed to check had not and that "we'll work with this individual". So, if you have irrefutable proof I'd recommend sending a nice email to the Director and letting him know. Just my two cents.
