I just don't understand. JL properties tell us the hedges down NW 108th and Johnson Street sides will be trimmed back and the tops evened out. Yes, the sides have been trimmed back, but the tops are not evened out. Johnson Street are not even. Why do the homeowners of Portraits pay a maintenance fee and we listen to so many different stores to why they are not even. We are sick of the bull.
