This issue falls under the jurisdiction of the NCDOT. We have notified the District Engineer. NCDOT does not currently monitor SeeClickFix inquiries and has requested that we direct you to call (919) 733-4768 or submit your request using the Contact Us link on the NCDOT site at http://www.ncdot.gov/contact/.
I think you're mistaken... The city followed up with the church previously about a similar hazard. You need to figure out how to get this fixed before someone gets hurt, unless you just don't care.
ncjks, I just wanted to jump in and let you know that sometimes the City officials are closing the issue because they are clearing out the issue from their queue as the resolution is out of their jurisdiction. This is more about us at SCF needing to add a feature to help them track workflow that is resolved related to an issue that isn't. I'm sure that both you and city officials care deeply about Raleigh. Let's try to figure out some of this complexity together without casting accusations.
SCF is starting to talk to NCDOT about how can work together better and hopefully that will help.
This issue has been addressed by our Housing Inspectors and the owners have a determined amount of time to come into compliance. This issue will be closed.
