There are a 1/2 dozen people living behind this boarded up house in a shed. I am pretty sure they just completed an addition on the shed too. No electricity, no plumbing. I have been told by multiple people living near the 200 block of Heck St that they avoid this block at all costs. Please contact landlord, police, neighbors... Let's clean it up. Thank you.

The “Post to Neighbors” category was developed by SeeClickFix as a means of promoting discussion, and was never intended by SeeClickFix to be used to report specific issues that need to be addressed by a municipality.
Raleigh has experienced challenges with misrouting of issues submitted to SeeClickFix by our users. At this time we are closing all issues previously submitted to the “Post to Neighbors” category and deactivating that category on the website; if your issue remains, please open a new issue utilizing the appropriate category.
