Debris has been removed. There were a couple of grills and chairs and a table on the lot that belong to the adjacent property owner. These have been removed. New No Trespassing signage is to be installed.

Issue Reopened

The photo wouild seem to show "debris" as being the aforementioned grill and outdoor furniture. It is entirely possible the adjoining owner placed these items back on the vacant lot. We will send staff back out.

Andrew Clark: what outcome will be satisfactory - please let us know.

A satisfactory outcome would be a clean lot. One that is free of debris as all city lot are required to be. Otherwise, I expect the local inspector to issue a warning to remove the debris. If it isn't moved, I expect the City to issue itself a $325 fine and then pay itself to remove it. We are all under the same rules correct?
