This is nothing new, there are so many times someone will be in the passing lane going UNDER the posted speed limit of 55 and then they look up and see you behind them and hit the brakes. Ahhh..noooyyy...iiinnnnggg

I thought there was a law in Maine against texting and driving but in Bangor I still see a lot of it.
