The owner has tried this in the past- about 8 or 10 years ago. He has a seasonal wetland that holds a lot of water in the rainy season. He would love to fill it in and it appears he is now attempting to do so again. Trucks have been coming and going for the last few days dropping off many hundreds of yards of dirt. This picture is taken from Westerly Lane, looking south towards the back of his property.

R. Yes, this picture was taken from Westerly Lane. The equipment for leveling the dirt was just brought in today.
