Open drug use and dealing and illegal camping from 9th Street to Skate Park. It has become unsafe to walk ART from Skate Park to 9th Street. 7:45 pm 5/7/23 open drug dealing and drug use; people setting up camp; please send outreach officers and police to these locations many times a day. We are now unable to allow our children to ride bikes by themselves on this section of ART.
