Some of your City staff seem to be ignoring this new "Seeclickfix" system - just look at all of the open requests, and how old some of them are. Joey Medina (streets dept?) in particular seems to ignore anything assigned to him, with no updates or responses provided - just look at all of the open requests with his name on them.

Thank-you for your inquiry. We appreciate this type of oversight as this is a new program and suggestions on improvement are always welcome. Regarding your statement, I agree that there are several requests showing "open" in the SeeClickFix program. I have reached out to the administrator who provided helpful insight. Most of these issues have been resolved, however once closed in the system they reappear as open. This is an issue that is currently being addressed but is not fixed. He advised the average time for an incident to be open has been approx. 3-4 days before it is resolved. Also important to keep in mind are staff hours and access to email during vacations, holidays, and sickness. Thank-you again for reaching out.
