FYI, this needs to be reported to DeKalb Watershed Management at 770-621-7200 or you might want to call 770-270-6243 which is the emergency number if the water leak is sufficient to cause hazardous driving conditions due to icing on road. (the City of Dunwoody does not maintain our water system).
There's also a web form where you can submit, but I've never used that so I don't know if your issue will be attended to--it definitely will if you phone them. The contact form is the bottom one on this page: http://www.dekalbwatershed.com/contact.html
I've made several reports over the last few years and they were very quick to follow up. Leaking water can cause really big problems, so I think they know that resolution of these issues can't be delayed. There was a leak over on Tilly Mill near PIB a couple of years ago that I reported and they were out tearing up the street to fix it within one day of me reporting it.
The City of Dunwoody has received this issue. It is registered as service request #2446. Currently, we are working on this issue. Please check back for status updates.
