Here is another example. Cars do not see pedestrians trying to cross the street. Nor do cars see other cars unless your in the middle of the intersection. I have witnessed several accidents over the years. (Charles and Cedar) thank you.

The sign should be attached on the existing sign in front of the town home 784 CEDAR not the stop sign on Charles. (It does make sense there too. I'm sorry for the confusion) that is not where the real problem is.
People park at times all along Cedar and at times in in the crosswalk and do not see us crossing over Cedar to the Bethesda park side. Thanks again
