Description

I reported this a few weeks ago and the case was closed however the abadoned 1985 Ford truck is still here and still abandoned. Plates exoired 11/14 and VA inspection expired 5/14. This pickup truck has been here over a month with no parking permit and it hasn't moved. Why hasn't it been towed away?
