I received fraudulent mail claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House in a totally blank envelope mailed from Canada. Check enclosed asking for me to contact a rep. with private info. Can this be reported to the post office? I would also like to alert neighbors of this scam. Attached envelope and check. It would be helpful if I could attach two pictures then I could post the letter too.
