I am a parent who lives in Folsom and often visit Folsom's Kids Play Park with my toddler. My little guy loves the park! He is potty training. He simply can't make it to the bathroom down the street a 1/4 mile by the time he tells me he has to go. I can't believe we have a park with a toddler section and no bathroom. Could we at least have a porta potty?
