Actions with city (checks for replacement sent and remain uncashed) and local collection crew have yielded no results. As of April 2012 this has yet to be addressed. Please follow up ASAP!

Lid was replaced, with new lid. However, can has been damaged to the point where it does not stay square or hold it's shape, rendering this repair useless and a waste of time/money.

Closeup of damage to bottom and handle used by lift on garbage truck. Causes the can to have trouble staying upright when empty or extremely full, and keeps trash collectors from fully emptying the can, of at all.

Can has been hit again. Not only can the trash collectors not fully empty the can, but the can will not stand upright. We dug a hole to keep can propped up.

Please REPLACE can ASAP, NOT partially repair!
