Description
This is my 3RD post, and nothing has been done! I don't understand why this case keeps closing as resolved, when it is NOT! Too many cars speed on Harps Mill Road (between Litchford Rd & Gresham Lake Rd.)
The speed limit was reduced to 25mph, but that was a waste of $$.
When can stop signs be placed in at least 2 placed on this stretch of this road? I'm tired of my street being a speedway!!

Also, why were stop signs installed on Nichols Road? Nichols Road has a total of 10 houses on it and they are not even directly on this road, but on Carruthers Court which is a circle off of Nichols Road. I just dont' understand why more neighborhoods do not have more stop signs installed or more monitoring by RPD.
