LCI Citywide Helper assigned this issue to City of New Haven Building Official

This has been open for 30 days. May we please have an update on whether the building was permitted?

The new Director said he would get back to me within the hour. I'll keep you updated.

Update:
The rear accessory was built without approvals back in 2018.
A letter did go to the owner both certified and regular postal.
The certified letter came back unsigned.
The building department will be sending out another letter by the marshal today.
