For the THIRD WEEK IN A ROW I watched the trash collectors peek in our bin, decide it wasn't worth their while to pick it up, and move on. I agree that our trash cans are too big but that is the city's poor decision. If there is trash in our bin I want it emptied! We put it out every week and basically, the collectors decide its worth picking up once a month, or less.
