Description
Several pallets have been put in the alley along the fence behind the business at 3115 Norfolk Street. They encroach into the right of way of the alley and create issues getting in the back of my property with trucks. They need to be removed. Also need residents on 3100 block of Moore Street to move their trash cans once collected.
