Residents at this address, who are fairly new to the city, continue to store their garbage and recycling cans outside of their property in the middle of Bloomingdale Ct NW. Basically in the front yard of the residential carriage houses. Residents have been asked nicely many times but are insistent on keeping their cans in public space. Issue has been reported numerous times but somehow 311 keeps ignoring or saying it is "closed," which it is not. Please enforce our laws and help these residents to respect the carriage house residents and other neighbors. This has been going on for months and it's absolutely ridiculous that these residents are not being fined or reminded by the city to follow the law.
