Cars are parked during sweeping hours every week between Davis and forest and never recieve tickets, i watched the violations officer drive by 3 cars 10 mins ago and not ticket them. The sweeper came by shortly after and had to skip my whole section of Quincy bc of this. Why are tickets not being issued????
