Deskripsyon

Homeless encampment and open fire under the freeway at Frog Park basketball court. A group of men now set up tents and tarps here every night, and have starting open cooking fires, leaving trash and burning embers. Oakland city staff, please come out here and get these guys into a shelter.

These people don't want shelters because there are rules to follow. That's the problem, what to do with those who don't want help? Still they can't be allowed to disrupt neighborhoods with all the stuff they do. Start handing out consequences.

These people are not being made to be accountable. Simply allowing them possess stolen property, littering, drug and alcohol use in public, loitering. defecating in public. The endless harassment from self medicating mentally ill and the you owe me a living because I am to lazy and stupid to deal with reality is out of control. This is a total fail by our government. Try reading the HUD 2014 annual homeless assessment report. The problem is now past the point of being an epidemic. Billion dollar black hole.
