Trash (mostly plastic bottles and paper cups) is collecting again in the ditch that runs along Atwood Ave N. I don't understand why the parks crew doesn't keep it clean. There are ducks and other birds that swim in the ditch. Thanks.

That ditch that runs along Attwood also runs behind the park and over to the ditch and along the alley behind the homes on 71st Ave. N; it then runs east and west and back into the lake in the park and returns with the tide into the bay. The whole system needs cleaning.
