    Large pothole next to the "no parking to corner" sign. Located on the north side of 1st Ave N, and west side of 13th St N.

    Trash (mostly plastic bottles and paper cups) is collecting again in the ditch that runs along Atwood Ave N. I don't understand why the parks crew doesn't keep it clean. There are ducks and other birds that swim in the ditch. Thanks.
