Garland, Essex, Grove, and Somerset is a trashy neighborhood anyway with over priced creepy tiny apartments and bath salt users. Too many drug dealers living in that area of town. The only people you see walking down streets like that are people waked out on drugs. That area just had several large drug busts. Mt. Hope Ave in that area is another spot for drug abusers. I've found needles on the ground on Mt. Hope before. That Garland/Essex St area is the new Ohio St.
