Drug deals all day and night. We had a shooting just days that left a man shot on Howard ave. Sargeant sanders in denial. We beg for patrol and we are mistreated. We get push back from operators answer phones “say they aren't police” but answer pd phone. We are deeply scared of another shooting. Police should disburse crowds but they Dont as they are reactionary because this crime us by design for mayor elicker to have opportunity to make deals with devils as he can't control the streets.
We need constant patrol. Not wait for people to die. If we got together asked a judge he would find this atrocious disrespectful to life.

You've reported this issue three times. People might take your concerns more seriously if you didn't include requests to violate people's rights.
If there are drug dealers, they certainly should be arrested and made to repay their debt to society; however, you've tarnished your complaints with the following comments:
"Disburse groups of people that don’t live here..."
"Police should disburse crowds..."
Police can't simply disperse crowds of people. That's not the way the laws in our country work. Police need at least reasonable suspicion of a crime, and groups of people hanging out isn't reasonable suspicion of anything.
You need to contact the NHPD and give them detailed information about the criminal activity you personally witnessed. Please keep in mind that speculations don't count.
If you tell the NHPD that there are groups of people who don't live in the neighborhood and you want them dispersed, you will be laughed at.
