Description

Dumpster was dumped and replaced with another dumpster with graffiti on multiple sides today.

Per the City Code Dumpsters shall be delviered free of any graffiti http://chicagocode.org/10-28-799/

“Graffiti” shall mean an inscription, drawing, mark or design that is painted, sprayed or otherwise placed on or in a dumpster without the consent of the provider.

Upon delivery, to provide the dumpster free of graffiti.

Within three business days of receiving notification via facsimile transmission from the department of transportation, to remove graffiti from the dumpster(s) identified in the notification.
