Description

Ever since Millbrook Package Store burnt down the property has been an eyesore. It is a frequent topic on our street and from other folks on and off of East St. Being that its on the corner of East St and is the primary entrance to our neighborhood, it gives the impression that our area is low income and of poor quality when it is not. Please address as many are concerned. Thanks
