Description

This house has a drain pipe which drains directly onto the driveway and down onto the sidewalk, coating the sidewalk and surrounding street in ice. I fell on this ice last year when it was coated snow and invisible and ended up spraining my ankle, and do not want a repeat this year.

Properties should not be allowed to let their pipes drain to the sidewalk. This needs to be addressed!
