It appears that the southbound traffic light at Columbus and Union remains green for a time after the red comes on for northbound traffic. Northbound left-turners in the intersection when the northbound light changes need to know that southbound traffic does not stop. A sign similar to the attached photo (Franklin at Forest) would be helpful.
