Description

The United Methodist Church and the Christ United Methodist Head Start Program have started using leaf blowers on their properties several months ago. So, for approximately two hours each morning, six days a week, we are subjected to the high pitched noise of their machines.

I have tried to resolve the matter with them directly with no success.
