A trailer has been setting in front of 3207 Norwich in the street for over 2 months now. Also this same address parks their truck in the front yard, or they have numerous cars parked in the street over night. The amount of cars that park in the street overnight in our neighborhood is ridiculous. What is the point in having a city ordinance if it isn't enforced? Maybe what frightens me the most is we don't seem to have police patrols through our neighborhood during the night, if we did why are vehicles left for weeks at a time and not cited?
