Why Hartford mayor DMV or Hpd are not paying attention to this type of issues.People in front of my address are parking 2 cars that are register out of state and live across my home for a couple years.What happen to us CT TAX PAYERS.

For the person who doesn't think illegally registered cars is a big deal and says: "The lack of adequate education in Hartford schools is evidently the biggest issue (besides crime) plaguing Hartford at the moment. "
Do you understand how schools are funded? Property tax is a major part. If people have vehicles registered out of state, where do you think those taxes are going? Not to Hartford.
