I am very upset. I wanted to purchase two tickets to the Luminaria Tour. I went on your web site a day ago and it stated that the ticket sales would begin at midnight today. I waited until 11:55 or so and logged on. I was met with a message that every single tour was already sold out. That is patently unfair! How could there be a ticket "sell out" before the designated time when the tickets were supposed to go on sale to the pulbic??
Please respond to me via my e mail address @ XXX If there is the slightest chance that you can find two tickets I will accept them for any time on the tour.
Please explain how all of the tours could be sold out before the time and date your site said they would be available for sale?
