So interesting that most of the issues reported get thrown off to other agencies who do not do one thing to resolve them. The alley remains a concern and the huge puddles still occur. Holes exist from one end of the alley to the other. Bet if it was further up Monument action would occur. Poor response from council rep. Also, still nothing has been done to stop water buildup at curb that is not draining into sewer and residents have to jump over standing water to get to their cars. We do not want to hear about what agency you have shoved this onto who will do nothing.
