The City did a wonderful job of resurfacing the roads in the neighborhood.
I was wondering why the paver did not complete the work on Westbrook Avenue. The lane closes to the curb on the north side of the road was not finished and the paving is starting to form potholes at both the intersections of Westbrook and Brook Road and Chamberlayne Avenue?
