Via Hacienda has a 25 mile an hour speed limit. Drivers routinely exceed this, especially going East up the hill from the stop sign, continuing to spoed as street flattens.. They also accelerate going down the hill West (on a blind curve) to the stop sign at Canyon. There have been several close calls, and one parked car was hit, another almost got its door ripped off.
